We are one

We are all one. Constructs of the same. When we give to others, we are giving to ourselves. When we attack others, we attack ourselves.

The human form is a projection of aspects of our own consciousness- the infinite and one. That is why when we react negatively to another human we are reacting negatively to an aspect of our own self.

When we destroy another, we destroy ourself. We see this in Mother Nature. We are also one with her, the trees, the mountains... It is the same. When we destroy the air, we destroy our lungs. We are all interconnected looking externally for an internal base misunderstanding.

There is no you.

There is only I.

Understanding this changes the way you experience your evolution.
